COVID Salon Policies
If you or anyone you have been around is experience any symptoms of illness, we ask that you please reschedule.
When you arrive, please stay in your car and call us to check in. We will bring out a waiver for you to fill out and take your temperature, then we will call you when we are ready to have you come in.
Please show up to your appointment on time so we can make sure we have ample time to disinfect and sanitize in between appointments.
No additional guests will be allowed to accompany you to your visit. Our waiting area is closed.
Please bring minimal items into the salon with you. I.e. phone, form of payment, keys.
Masks that go around your ears are required for the entire duration of your appointment.
Contactless payments preferred. We can take card info over the phone when you call to check in.
We will be taking temperatures of staff and clients upon entry with a touchless thermometer.
We are not offering beverages at this time.
We will be following CDC guidelines in regards to social distancing and sanitation. Our staff have all completed Barbicide Sanitiation certifications and Covid-19 Sanitation certifications in preparation to protect you all the best we can!
In order for our staff to ensure full service we kindly ask our guests to arrive on time for their reserved appointment, we may have to reschedule your appointment if you are excessively late. New guests are asked to arrive a few minutes early to fill out necessary paperwork and so that we may show you around the salon. As a courtesy to our staff and other guests please allow a MINIMUM of 24hrs for cancellations. Clients with a history of consistent no-shows and/or last minute cancellations may no longer pre-book appointments, management will notify individuals. We appreciate your understanding. All new guests must reserve their appointment with a credit card. We do have a 24 hour cancelation policy, no shows will be charged 100% of the service amount.
Please turn cell phones off or to vibrate. This ensures a relaxing environment for all of our guests.
Epic Salon welcomes well behaved children receiving services. For the safety of the child and consideration of our staff and other guests, children not receiving services must be supervised by an adult also not receiving services. Your cooperation and understanding is appreciated.
A gratuity is customary for good service and always left to the discretion of the guest. Please note: gratuities left on a Credit Card or in a Check will be paid out to your stylist weekly. Cash gratuities are paid out daily.
Your satisfaction is our top priority, if for any reason you are not satisfied with a service you received or product you have purchased please let us know within 10 days; we will work with you to find a solution. Sorry no refunds on Gift Cards.
We will not guarantee any service that has been altered in any way even if by another professional. Color services are not guaranteed if hair is treated by any product other than what is recommended by EPIC Salon, or if hair is exposed to well water.
Accepted forms of payment: Cash, Check, Visa, MC, Discover, and American Express. Please note a $25 fee will be added to all returned checks. Please inform us of any special needs, allergies or sensitivities you may have so that we may better accommodate you. Prices are subject to change without notice. All new guests must reserve their appointment with a credit card.
Tiered Pricing System
Epic Salons team of stylists work on a tiered pricing system, which is determined by their continued hours of advanced education, years of dedication to their profession and the reputation they have earned in the industry. The tiered system allows our guests to choose the level of experience and pricing that they are comfortable with.
If at any time a guest wishes to see another stylist the team at Epic Salon welcomes them to do so without any hesitation, as there will be no animosity.
