In order for our staff to ensure full service we kindly ask our guests to arrive on time for their reserved appointment. We may have to reschedule your appointment if you are excessively late. New guests are asked to arrive a few minutes early to fill out necessary paperwork and allow us to show you around the salon. As a courtesy to our staff and other guests, please allow a MINIMUM of 24 hours for cancellations. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply as follows:
Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
"No Shows" will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
All new guests must reserve their appointment with a credit card.
We call and email two business days prior to your appointment date.
We are available via email during non-business hours (email@example.com).
Clients with a history of consistent no-shows and/or last minute cancellations may no longer pre-book appointments, management will notify individuals.
